About the job

The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR team with activities including but not limited to entering data accurately into the HRIS tool, filing employee documents and ensuring compliance, supporting HR team members in talent acquisition, employee engagement and reporting.

• Maintains employee files and ensures compliance with employee documentation.
• Enters data into HRIS related to new hire information, rate changes, updates, etc.
• Reports out to various departments as needed on a monthly, weekly or daily basis.
• Supports HR team members with talent acquisition activities and tracking, training reporting and tracking, employee engagement activities, etc.
• Answers or redirects employee questions to appropriate contact.
• Develops relationships across the organization and is responsive via email, phone, in-person, to stakeholder needs.
• Updates HR Director as necessary.
• Provides recommended improvements for process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

• 3-5 years of HR administrative experience
• Strong knowledge of supporting hourly workforce (1,000 employees or more)
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Microsoft Suite of products and HRIS systems
• Handles tasks and information with a high-level of confidentiality.
• Prior experience working with large populations of an hourly workforce.
