Job description
We are assisting a growing psychiatric treatment provider with its search for a full-time Human Resources Director for their corporate office located in Boca Raton, Florida. The Director will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.The Human Resources Director also oversees HR Professionals at multiple sites, and manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, along with conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Participation in organizational and strategic planning, and maintaining an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage are essential job duties for this position.
Qualified candidates must have at least a BA Degree in the related field and/or a minimum of 8 years of HR management experience. Licensures and certifications that are acceptable include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI PHR, or SPHR. Leadership experience in the behavioral healthcare industry is preferred.
