Jenner Ag is seeking a Human Resources Generalist at our Harristown location. Candidate will help ensure the growth and profitability of Jenner companies by assisting the HR Director with compliance and technology support.

Responsibilities:

  • Fixed asset tracking
  • IFTA Licensing & Vehicle Licensing
  • Annual regulatory license renewal
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Assist with HR software setup and processes
  • OSHA Compliance Qualifications

Effective in communication & training. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Understand DOT and OSHA regulation pertaining to company. Ability to write reports, business correspondence. Maintains a valid driver’s license. Uses good judgement in business decisions. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds

Position is Full-Time

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
