Human Resources Generalist/ Office Manager
Sunlight-Tech, Inc., an engineering automation design company located in Mokena, is looking to hire a full time Human Resources Generalist. Standard hours are Monday – Friday.
Job Description
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Draft job proposals for new employees
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Help with other various tasks around the office
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent knowledge in QuickBooks
- Knowledge with ISO
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong work ethic

- Normal business hours (M-F, 8 am – 4:30 pm)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

- Polish speaking is a plus.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
