Role:

Pueo has an opportunity for a TS/SCI with a CI Poly, cleared HR Technician to join our team in Arlington, VA. The HR Technician supports the OHR Talent Management Team.

Responsibilities:

• Support of communications and change management activities to include development and dissemination of communications products and resources
• Support of logistics to include scheduling of talent management panels, coordination with key stakeholders, and providing updates to client leadership
• Support of training and resource development and facilitation for the internal team, program stakeholders, and client leadership
• Support of annual talent management program evaluations to include survey question development, stakeholder engagement, leadership interviews, consolidation and analysis of feedback, and development of final reports and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• An active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
• 3-5 years of Human Capital experience
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
• Demonstrate ability to perform strategic, technical, and administrative assistance to support OHR Talent Management communications, change management, logistics, training, policy, and program management

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience developing and delivering support for Talent Management (Promotions, Performance Management, or Career Development) are helpful for this position
