As an HR Trainer, you will prepare and deliver training to Sesame Place ambassadors and handle all ongoing learning needs. You will:
- Work with the HR Training team to prepare and deliver all park training as needed
- Coordinate department audits and recommend remedial action when necessary
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and report training deficiencies
- Assist Human Resources training team as needed including but not limited to maintaining ambassador training files; conceptualizing and executing ambassador engagement events; developing and monitoring ambassador communication.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in front of small and large groups of people
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with detail-oriented style
- Ability to positively interact with guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or languages, and individuals with special needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high aptitude for computer software systems
- Ability to maintain a professional image and manage confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work independently and have flexibility to work in a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, weeknights, and holidays
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions
Education and Experience:
- Candidate must have a high school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in human resources or related field
- Previous public speaking/presentation experience required
- Leadership Experience in a guest service role preferred
- Must be able to complete all required Train-the-Trainer programs and certifications required for delivery of trainings
