The Home for Little Wanderers/Wediko Children’s Services has contracted with the New Hampshire Division of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) to provide after-hours access to NH’s statewide, child protection hotline services. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee call center screeners remotely.

How You'll Be Making a Difference

  • Provide individual and team supervision to Call Screeners.
  • Determine emergency response level to calls to DCYF.
  • Submit reports, documentation in a timely manner. Ensure that documentation meets utilization review and quality assurance standards. Ensure electronic information system is meeting systems expectations.
  • Attend staff meetings. Present, consult with supervisor and team members on challenging and difficult issues. Participate in regular individual and group supervisions. Attend clinical training and safety practice training and ensure staff trainings are current.
  • Provide back-up support staff that are on-call on a rotating schedule, utilizing an on-call system.
  • This is a remote position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with behavior management systems, treatment planning, crisis intervention, case management and providing individual, group and/or family therapy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) and other local child and family advocate agencies
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications
