The Opportunity

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc., is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Buissnes Development Manager position for our Sales Operations group located at our North East branch. The Business Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of new business development for both the COD & Independent channels to insure sales and market share goals are met. Additionally, determine sales and technical training needs for the Division and execute the plan to deliver those needs. Also, manage and develop the Regional Tech Managers to ensure customer needs are requirements met or exceeded. This position is also responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers to ensure sales and market share goals are met. -Engineering degree (ideally Mechanical Engineering)

-Experience with engineering sales of VRF

-Experience with engineering sales of other commercial HVAC technologies.

-Experience with commercial HVAC sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
