The Seer Group is looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Scappoose, OR
Pay: $30 - $42+/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:

The HVAC Service Technician installs and repairs various residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards. Their primary duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

Required knowledge, skills, and experience:

• 1+ year of experience as an HVAC service technician
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Previous experience making repairs and replacement of equipment
• Ability to promote accessory sales
• Able to work independently in a timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 100lbs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic computer skills are required
• Must be able to meet short deadlines with the ability to work variable hours when a project requires
• MUST HAVE a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
