Whether you’re a seasoned pro with years of experience in the field, or an entry-level technician looking to wet your feet in the big leagues, this is the opportunity to align yourself with an industry leader (and make the big bucks while you do!).

We happily welcome entry-level technicians with no formal experience, and offer the chance to earn while you learn during our 10-week paid training program. Entry-level technicians can see a yearly earning potential up to $40,000. Our on-job training through Heartland Academy, offers you the unique opportunity to be paid to learn the ins and outs of HVAC. In this program, you will learn from experts in the field, all while gaining hands on exposure to and experience in the HVAC field. If you are technically inclined, passionate about learning on the job, and looking for the opportunity to kick-start your HVAC career, we would love to hear from you!

INSTALL TECHNICIAN:
Responsibilities:
Replace and install HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers
Enjoy awesome team members on our 2 to 3 person install crews

Schedule & Earnings:
4-day work week
5-day break and 3-day break, every 4 weeks
40 to 50-hour work schedules available, with voluntary options to sign up for additional hours

SERVICE TECHNICIAN:
Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain HVAC systems
Service a variety of heating and cooling units for residential and commercial customers

Schedule & Earnings:
5-day work week
Day off prior to day on call
40 to 50-hour work schedules available, with voluntary options to sign up for additional hours
Additional earning potential of $3,000-$25,000/year

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanically inclined and unwilling to cut corners
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Seeks out opportunities to learn
Works effectively to complete jobs in a timely, efficient manner
Would like to work in an inspiring environment
Desire to start or further a full-time career in HVAC
Ability to practice brand awareness and express knowledge of company deals and programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers on a daily basis

REQUIREMENTS:
Able to pass a driving record check and maintain a clean driving record
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and subsequent, periodic drug screening
Hold a NATE certification or willing to obtain
Hold OSHA and EPA certifications or willing to obtain
