NO SUNDAY WORK.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical and refrigeration problems with air conditioning and heating systems with minimal help of service manager.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair air flow problems.

Perform maintenance and precision tune ups on air conditioning and heating systems.

Correctly charge equipment based on super heat, sub cool and refrigerant charging charts.

Sell system components needed by customer to improve the operation and efficiency of equipment.Obtain and maintain required certifications.

Comply with all applicable standards, policies and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.

Establish a good rapport with customers through active listening and professionalism.

Perform other taks as requested by management.

Must be able to withstand exposure to outdoor weather conditions, extreme heat in attics and crawl spaces and other hazards such as electrical shock, sharp objects. poisonous animals, etc.

Must occasionally lift and/or move 75 pounds or more averaging 4 times a week.

All other duties, as assigned.

Employer conducts background checks and drug testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
