JOB SUMMARY

Hyatt is currently looking for a Food and Beverage Chef/Cook loves cooking and meets these requirements:

RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible for food preparations tasks, keeping up with our changing breakfast menu. Breakfast typically includes 3 hot items along with cereal muffins and fruit
• Complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
• Maintains a clean, tidy, and sanitary work environment at all times
• Stores and rotates all products properly
• Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
• Complies to rules and supports the manager or supervisor on duty

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 1 years of experience is required or certificate of completion for Culinary in kitchen preparation and cooking or any experience with volume production
• 3-4 days, 5pm-11pm
• Must be able to work weekends

* Servsafe Certification preferred *

• Clear communication skills, works well under supervision
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
