HYBRID Software Engineer(Aerospace)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid- 2 Days Onsite only Tue & Thursday)
Contract

Primary Skills: Java/J2EE, Python, Angular JS, Oracle SQL, C++ and must have Flight test systems experience.

NOTE : Look for Aerospace Domain Candidate- No Customer Interview

Job Description

  • Track and evaluate software team performance.

You will work under general direction as part of an agile development team.

  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Solid foundation in programming of mathematical functions, models, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in basic understanding of networking concepts like (TCP, UDP, IoT).
  • Proficiency in Python , Java/J2EE, Angular JS and any object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL
  • Excellent working knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle
  • Experience working in Flight test systems
  • Experience designing and developing Software as a Service (SaaS) using containerized micro services on Linux platforms
  • Experience Leading Agile software teams
  • Java, C++, Python, React or REST expertise.
  • Experience with cross-platform (Linux and Windows preferred) development using cloud technologies.
  • Experience in any PaaS environment like vmware TAS, AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins.
  • Experience with pair-programming, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other XP engineering practices

Education:

  • Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 6 or more years' experience, Master's degree with 5 or more years' experience.
  • Bachelor, master of science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Seattle, WA 98108: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Flight test systems: 2 years (Preferred)
