As part of the Spectrum Convergence Team the candidate will perform ELINT and operational analysis at various levels to determine parametric characterizations, functions and application of non-communications emissions.

Processes these emissions utilizing unique and proprietary OEM software and algorithms.

Must be skilled in digital signal processing techniques, database management, and their relationships with associated equipment and systems.

Must demonstrate extensive knowledge of ELINT operational procedures to include mission planning, concept of operations, and mission execution.

May conduct search and/or exploitation of data from various sources to prepare operational and/or technical reports.

Provides detailed technical advice to military operators regarding target acquisition, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination strategies.

Individual must have a strong working knowledge of applicable sensor system(s) and be able to provide military operators on-the-job training on specific system software functionality and system products as well as analysis and reporting skills.

Coordinates with site personnel and the OEM contractor(s) in the support of CETS operations during all real-time operations, operational testing, and during both pre-mission and post-mission activities.

During real-time operations, responsible for constantly monitoring sub-system health and actively intervening to resolve any detected problems with the CETS system/sensor while maximizing system availability.

Develops procedures to operate and support the system's military operators when technical data is unavailable or inadequate. Prior operational experience with the CETS system is required.

Knowledge of UNIX operating system and networking is highly desired.

Individual is considered mission essential and must be qualified to support AF DCGS operations under adverse conditions and hostilities.

Shift work, weekend work, and on-call support is required.

Individual must also support the requirements of the USAF "worldwide deployable program" and be capable of deploying in minimum time to meet mission requirements.

Individual must have a current and active US Department of Defense (DoD) TS-SCI security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Current/Active DoD TS-SCI Security Clearance.

  • Operation and Maintenance experience.

  • Minimal 4+ years of ELINT experience
Desired Skills:
  • 4+ years with Signal Reconnaissance products
(CETS/RIM/MSCS)
  • 4+ years of Airborne ISR experience
  • Domain experience with SIGINT processing
systems
  • DOD 8570 Information Assurance Security+
Certification or ability to obtain within first 90
days of employment.
  • Working knowledge of AF-Distributed Common
Ground Station (AF-DCGS) operations.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in
a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education, or related
Masters degree.
