With a suite of more than a dozen products, including TikTok, Douyin, Toutiao, Helo, and Resso, ByteDance now has a portfolio of applications available in over 150 markets and 75 languages.ByteDance IC Design& Application team is working on designing the state-of-arts chips(Network, SOC, CPU) for the datacenter environment. You will have the opportunity to work on something that is pushing for the boundary. You will be working side by side with some of the most talented engineers in their field. Your contribution will be highly visible to the team. We are currently looking for an IC Design Engineer in Analog and Mixed Signal.
- Lead analog design of complex IPs for SoC
- Determine best solution for the product
- Conduct design from definition to product in advanced process nodes
- Design ADC/DAC, DC/DC, LDO, Amplifier, Reference generator, Temp sensor, Voltage monitor, Power detector
- MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in analog/ mixed-signal design
- Experience in modeling and simulating complex systems
- Experience in IP design, for example DC/DC, LDO, Bandgap, Amplifier, ADC/DAC
- Solid Knowledge of device physics
- Understand CPU enviroment and need for analog IPs
- Supervise Layout
- Experience in Cadence design tool
