Job description
The ICG Loan Operations Reporting and Analysis Vice President is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within the organization and contributes to directional strategy by providing in-depth reporting and detailed analysis on relevant metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Builds reports and analytics around loan operation volume and servicing related metrics, resourcing, budgeting, policy formulation and planning
- Maintain monthly executive KPI scorecard for NAM, EMEA, APAC and LATAM
- Provide informative rationale to line managers and other stakeholders for weekly, and monthly variances to loan operation metrics.
- Stays abreast of the organization's operational procedures and best practices in business strategy and process/quality improvements; using such knowledge to recommend customized business solutions to internal clients
- Build interactive dashboards within Tableau reporting platform
- Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and streamline operational processes
- Liaises with various stockholders on varying matters
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Skills: Must Have
- Advanced Knowledge of Business Processes, Systems and Tools used in the Loan Process with a focus on the Microsoft Office Suit and Tableau
- In-Depth Knowledge of risk types, policies and control measures and processes
- Applies Compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and adhering to Policies
- Demonstrate High level Ability of using evaluative and ethical judgment to make decisions
- Significant Ability of Identifying, mitigating, resolving, managing and escalating risks and issues
- Ability to view multiple perspectives, prioritize, adapt and multi-task

- Effectively communicate (written and verbal) and present with diplomacy; Ability to build and manage relationships through advising, collaborating, influencing, negotiating and persuading.
- Ability to plan (long-term, medium-term and short-term), create and manage budgets and reduce expenses / save costs
- Demonstrates Ability of Leading, managing accountability and managing complexity; Ability to coach, facilitate and guide to achieve results
- Responsible for Managing and developing a team or multiple teams, including people-related actions and decisions such as performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations
Skills: Prefer to Have- General Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting practices (e.g. US GAAP)
- Knowledge of Loan Processes and Procedures
- Awareness of the loan industry, competitors and trends
- Ability to manage, improve, and design processes and standard operating procedures, including managing KPIs and SLAs to monitor and enhance service quality and process integrity.
- Ability to manage projects for system implementation, technology enhancements through project management and coordination skills
Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, metrics reporting, business development and business management
- A leader who is able to multi-task and manage through complexity effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree required. Field of study preferred includes Finance, Math, Economics and Marketing
- Master’s degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred
