Serves as Intensive Community Treatment Coordinator Supervisor by organizing and implementing Intensive Community Treatment for patients in the TCCMHC three county catchment area. Implements, guides, and monitors treatment services for patients receiving Intensive Community Treatment by providing supervision of the bachelor's level staff rendering in-home services. Meets with patients in this level of care at least monthly to determine the continued need for this level of care. Caseload must be no more than 35 patients at any time. Facilitates the involvement of the Center's nurse practitioner in consultation with the medical director to render in-home services. Ensures referrals are made to Clinical Care Coordination for patients who need additional services/referrals outside of TCCMHC. Attends and actively participates in treatment team meetings in all three counties either by phone or in-person as needed to review patients' cases. Participates in Center-required trainings. Ensures all patient contacts are documented in accordance with SCDMH Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Adheres to Corporate Compliance policies and procedures. Acts in a culturally competent manner. Shall comply with the South Carolina Department of Mental Health Compliance Plan and all legal responsibilities and requirements in performing their job duties. Utilizes and ensures staff supervised utilize collaborative documentation to facilitate effective and efficient provision of therapeutic services. Provides emergency after-hours on-call services as scheduled. Performs other related duties as required or assigned

State Minimum Requirements: A master’s degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field and professional experience in a mental health, human service or social service program.
Agency Minimum Requirements: A master’s degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field and professional experience in a mental health, human service or social service program. Must have two (2) years of post-master's clinical experience. Must have a valid driver's license

Tri-County CMHC is also an approved site of the National Health Service Corps, (NHSC), which offers student loan repayment of up to $50,000 to employees of NHSC-approved sites. You must be a US citizen, you must be licensed to practice independently in the state where you are hired, and you must have unpaid government or commercial school loans.
