Duration: 6+ months Contract
Location: Remote
Experience with CVP Call Studio Custom Development
Integrate CVP/PCCE with Third party Conversational AI platforms
Integrate CUBE with SIP Rec for Conversational AI
Provide Guidance of best practices of integrating CVP with Google Dialogflow.
Stand up POCs for various third party integration.
Develop Low Level Designs for third party integration.
Nuance Voice Recognition & Improving Success Rate
Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal) and Call Studio custom development
Calabrio 11.5
Cisco Media Proxy
Media gateway SIP recognition on Cisco cube
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
