Job description
Position Summary – The Implementation Engineer position is responsible for the technical implementations of Medical Imaging software. This includes architecting, implementing, and troubleshooting of the solution.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide customer implementation guidance with regards to application needs during customer implementations of Medical Imaging applications

Perform installation and configuration and validation of servers
-
Identify, recommend, and implement system configuration recommendations and perform remote diagnostic on installed servers.

Resolve advanced product hardware and software application problems via on-site/telephone with customers.

Provide guidance, expertise, and consulting to customer’s end users and internal project teams in the assessment of application design, application use/efficiency, and training needs.

Manage timelines and project milestones via project management standards.
Education: Minimum of associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum years of work experience: 2
Required skills:
-
Experience with desktop and Microsoft server operating systems
-
Experience in IT (healthcare IT experience preferred)
-
Knowledge and proven application of at least one programming language (Examples would be JSON, XML, or similar)

Experience with SQL scripting
-
Experience participating in projects
-
Excellent communication skills
Preferred skills:
-
2+ years of experience with HL7 and /or FHIR
-
2+ years of experience with Database backup and restore
-
2+ years of experience with installation of Server applications, applying patches and prerequisites
-
Ability to write complex ad hoc SQL queries and conduct database performance
-
MS SQL Querying or SQL Administration certification highly preferred
-
Experience writing and troubleshooting of stored procedures
