ABOUT US

Brazos Presbyterian Homes, Inc. operates Houston's most established Life Care Retirement Communities; Bayou Manor and The Hallmark.

The Hallmark includes 124 Independent living units, 22 Assisted living units (10 with memory care designation) and 32 skilled nursing beds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures orientation is completed
• Conducts thorough and timely staff performance evaluations
• Provides ongoing supervision
• Assures staff attends mandatory in-services
• Monitors and as necessary adjusts staffing to meet residents' care and needs
• Actively participates in committees
• Participate in facility survey and/or inspections
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and organizational information
• Monitors office ordering, progress notes, and monthly visits for residents

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
