FirstLight offers companion and personal care services for seniors, new mothers, those recovering from surgery, disabled adults, veterans or any adult over the age of 18 who just needs a little assistance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comfort and companionship to your clients
• Prepare snacks and meals
• Encourage light exercise to keep clients active
• Help with basic housekeeping tasks
• Transport clients to nearby appointments or social activities
