Outside Sales Representative:

Our rapidly growing bath remodel business is in need of additional Outside Sales Representatives to keep up with consumer demand. The successful candidates will be responsible for meeting with potential clients in their home, help them through the design and selection process and set the expectations for installation. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, positive individual who is excited about the potential of this position. We provide the qualified leads (no cold calling) as well as extensive benefits. Experience in construction remodeling and/or a one call close are beneficial but not required for the right candidate.

Outside Sales Representative responsibilities:

Meet with customers in their home
Utilize all available resources to turn those prospects into customers
Stay on top of industry trends to identify additional opportunities for growth
Complete necessary sales paperwork to communicate project specs to operations
Utilize IPAD presentations in the home

Outside Sales Representative skills:

Outside sales experience preferably in Home Improvement
Comfortable with technology
Driving to appointments, car and insurance required
Self-Motivated and comfortable working unsupervised
Competitive personality
