- Have an understanding of Shared, Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Server hosting
- Have experience with WHMCS, Kayako and cPanel
- Have a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!
- Quickly able to identify the needs of potential customers and recommend the most suitable hosting solution
- Have a reliable high speed internet connection
Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales Inquries (Telephone, Live Chat, Tickets)
- Following up with sales leads
