• At least six (6) years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
• A strong background in millwright/rigging, machinery, and piping. Some electrical experience is a plus.
• Supervisory experience managing multiple superintendents/project teams simultaneously.
• Experience managing both subcontractors and self-perform work.
• Ability to estimate fixed-price work and negotiate contracts.
• Knowledge of applicable industrial mechanical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong skillset working on in-plant capital projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Project diversity desired; experience in rigging/millwright, mechanical, piping, and welding combined with some experience in electrical.
• Proficient in Microsoft WORD, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to estimate millwright/rigging, machinery, and piping installations.
• Responsible for managing proposals, project estimation, and coordination.
• Managing assembly, disassembly, and installations of manufacturing equipment.
• Providing direction to maintenance technicians, millwrights, and rigging personnel.
• Ensuring projects are being done safely and according to all requirements and regulations.
• Responsible for multiple projects at once going on at multiple sights.
• Expanding service offerings within current accounts.

• Greer, SC: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).

• Construction Project management: 6 years (Preferred).
• Industrial Mechanical Millwright / Rigging / Machinery: 1 year (Preferred).
• Must be located or in the process of moving to the Greenville, SC area.
• Must provide authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon office visit.
