Job description
- At least six (6) years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
- A strong background in millwright/rigging, machinery, and piping. Some electrical experience is a plus.
- Supervisory experience managing multiple superintendents/project teams simultaneously.
- Experience managing both subcontractors and self-perform work.
- Ability to estimate fixed-price work and negotiate contracts.
- Knowledge of applicable industrial mechanical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong skillset working on in-plant capital projects.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Project diversity desired; experience in rigging/millwright, mechanical, piping, and welding combined with some experience in electrical.
- Proficient in Microsoft WORD, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to estimate millwright/rigging, machinery, and piping installations.
- Responsible for managing proposals, project estimation, and coordination.
- Managing assembly, disassembly, and installations of manufacturing equipment.
- Providing direction to maintenance technicians, millwrights, and rigging personnel.
- Ensuring projects are being done safely and according to all requirements and regulations.
- Responsible for multiple projects at once going on at multiple sights.
- Expanding service offerings within current accounts.

- Greer, SC: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
- Construction Project management: 6 years (Preferred).
- Industrial Mechanical Millwright / Rigging / Machinery: 1 year (Preferred).
- Must be located or in the process of moving to the Greenville, SC area.
- Must provide authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be 18+.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon office visit.
- Willing to submit to random drug testing.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow safety guidelines.
