INDUSTRIAL OUTSIDE SALES

The Company:

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial components such as hoses, fittings, adapters, couplings, and more. They have been in business for over 50 years and service the North American market.

They are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join their team on a direct-hire, permanent basis. Job site is located in South East Houston, near Gulfgate Area, and salary is $40K + commission!

All interested applicant MUST have work experience within INDUSTRIAL environments.

All interested applicants MUST be able to travel across Houston Area and then across the U.S.

The Expectations:

· Understand customer needs thoroughly to successfully serve customer(s)

· Perform cold call sales approach skillfully to land new accounts

· Perform warm call sales approach to solidify prospect accounts

· Provide sales services to customers across North America.

· Utilize the CRM to document activity, accounts, contacts, and meetings

· Providing post-sales service calls to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.

The Experience and Education:

· Industrial Sales Experience, 2+ years, REQUIRED

· MS Office, MS Excel Advanced Experience, REQUIRED

· Salesforce Experience, 2+ years, PREFERRED

· Bilingual Abilities, PREFERRED

The Benefits:

· Base of $40K, plus commissions! Potential for $90K annual income!

· Travel Available – Across Houston and Across U.S.
