IMMEDIATE NEED: INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR

Ria Health, the next-generation telemedicine solution in the effective treatment of alcohol addition, is seeking a part-time INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR to join our rapidly growing team.

Ria Health delivers a Joint Commission accredited program that leverages evidence-based pharmacotherapy, targeted protocols, and a technology platform to help members achieve lasting improvements in their quality of life. Ria’s published outcomes data set the standard for effectiveness in alcohol treatment. The Ria program is delivered through telehealth and partners with Telemedicine Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to provide clinical expertise and manage care and outcomes for Ria Health members.

WORK AS A RIA HEALTH INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR

Ria Health is seeking a part-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Community Outreach as we build and grow our Social, online, and community presence. This self-starter should have superb communication skills, a creative and progressive marketing and outreach mindset, and experience/knowledge in the following areas: content creation, social media management, research, communication, project management, marketing, and (preferred) graphic design.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage partnership relationships with influencers, community members, experts in the virtual healthcare and mental health industry (specifically regarding Alcohol Use Disorder)
  • Research and report on relevant mental health marketing and community outreach experts’ advice, data, statistics, social media trends, technologies, influencers and creators
  • Manage professional and social media accounts (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Post content (articles) on Social (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
  • Manage Ria Health’s YouTube channel (including videos, comments, etc)
  • Create and manage website content, including surveys, articles, interviews with influencers
  • Manage HARO source requests
  • Support Director of Community Outreach with the management of various email campaigns targeted to community members, thought leaders, employees, influencers

Experience:

  • 1+ years of Social Media
  • 1+ years of Marketing/Brand Management
  • 1+ years of graphic design (preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge/understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, technologies, strategies, influencers
  • Impeccable, polished, professional communication skills across all channels (phone, email, video, content)

With the COVID19 crisis, there has been a tremendous increase in anxiety, trauma, and stress for millions of people, increasing the misuse of alcohol. As a center of excellence in treating alcohol misuse, Ria Health has been enlisted to rapidly provide care to people across the United States, which will require additional care team members. We seek care team members who are motivated to provide high quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care in a telemedicine setting. In the immediate term, opportunities include full-time, part-time, and contracted positions.
