Colonial Behavioral Health provides opportunities for recovery to individuals and their family members in the areas of mental illness, substance use disorder, and developmental disabilities. Colonial Behavioral Health serves the citizens of James City County, City of Poquoson, City of Williamsburg, and York County.We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst position within our Information Systems Department. This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity and security, developing, running and maintaining management reports within the Oracle Cerner Millennium reporting platforms.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops and runs custom reports to meet agency needs. Verifies and validates the integrity of the data in the databases through various methods including extraction of data. Develops and maintains documentation on all databases, database software, business processes, and extracted data as required locally and by pertinent regulations.Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Monday through Friday - Standard Business Hours

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Skills and Qualifications Strong ability to understand and document complex system processes and relate them to end users in non-technical terms. Knowledge and experience with relational database systems. High skill level with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint and Project. Proven organizational and analytical skills.Must be able to manage day-to-day duties while participating actively in new implementations.Excellent oral and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, Information Technology, Business, or an equivalent or progressive experience which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities. requiredMinimum of 1-2 years of Experience developing reports and managing multiple projects in a timely manner. PreferredDMV record must be submitted with application.
