The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for setting introductory appointments and developing qualified opportunities.


Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Utilize Zoom Info and C4C to data mine, identify key contacts, prospect and cold call 10-12 customers per day. Target high growth markets and geographies as identified by Sales Managers.

  • Inbound Lead Qualification and Assignment: Manage all inbound leads from website, trade shows and marketing campaigns, digital tools, SEEPEX Sales use. Contact customers directly via phone within 2 hours. Assign any required follow up tasks to Territory Managers within C4C.

  • Through Outbound/Inbound sales development activities, identify opportunities and set introductory appointments for Territory Managers and/or Sales Channel Partners.

  • Support sales channel partners with sales inquiries, customer service, quotes, technical information, digital tools as needed.

  • Track opportunities generated throughout sales cycle. Collect data and record progress in CRM (C4C). Manage the Lead Process for the Sales group; this includes lead creation and lead processing. The Inside Sales Representative ensures that all aspects of the sales lead generation and lead process are effectively, and correctly handled

  • Prepare offers for SUEZ and Veolia in accordance to the Global FWA’s

  • Follow up on pumps and spares offers in excess of $10k- update in C4C

  • Research and understand our product line and direct competitors product lines. Be familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently support and sell Seepex products and Services.

  • Assist and provide technical training on digital sales tools to sales channel partners as needed.

  • Participate in monthly accountability meetings to discuss benchmarks as well as team goals for the upcoming month.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Must possess the ability to speak clearly in English and be easily understood while speaking on a telephone.
  • This position requires frequent travel. The employee must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, including as a driver or passenger in an automobile, airplane or other mode of transportation. The employee must live within close proximity to an international airport.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 25 lbs.
