Position - Inside Sales Representative
Job Location - Appleton, WI
Starting Date - Immediate
Employment Term - Regular, Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours - First shift, 8am-5pm M-F
Starting Pay - $20 an hour. Once hired on bonus possibilities
Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Preferred Education - High School or GED
Required Experience - Inside Sales experience preferred.

Training provided As the Inside Sales Representative responsibilities would entail making outbound calls to professionals with the goal of creating proposals and setting up web meetings to discuss training software programs.

Responsibilities
· Outbound calls to industry professionals
· Documentation/follow up emails
· Create Proposals
· Understand the product and markets explore

Qualifications
· Strong administrative skills including customer service
· Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
· Self-Motivated
· Well Organized with special attention to details
· Ability to keep a positive attitude
· Strong communication skills - written and verbal
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
