Key Responsibilities:
- Sell residential security and home automation solutions through inbound lead follow-up
- Promote and accurately describe and sell Guardian’s products and solutions in a knowledgeable manner, including upselling and cross-selling when possible
- Contact new and existing customers over the phone to discuss current sales promotions on products and solutions
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with the outside sales teams to build Guardian sales pipelines and close deals.
- Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure our Field Service Technicians have all the information they need to create an exceptional experience for the homeowner.
- Actively listen to customers’ needs and desires and provide a consultative and persuasive sales approach that champions Guardian’s brand from start to finish.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline through the CRM platform

Experience/Competencies Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1+ year(s) experience in a sales role (inside sales, outside sales, or commissioned sales)
- 2+ years experience using a PC and mobile device with various software packages, including CRM experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, outgoing, results-oriented, ambitious, team player
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
- Coachability with a professional growth desire
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
