Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Pay: $20 - $25/hr (DOE) + Commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs
Position Type: Full-time

Inside Sales Representative Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating maintenance service sales for the service department. The Inside Sales Representative will work with customers to determine what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process, creating a profitable, long-term customer relationship. They will also provide product information to customers and identify opportunities to up-sell.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Must have 2 years previous experience in HVAC Sales.
- Must have valid Drivers License.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
