Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for managing sales campaigns to improve sales productivity by gaining business via direct quote/follow up. He/she will assesses customer satisfaction with MTG products and services and will works closely with SBU Sales Leaders, Sales, Corporate Marketing and Customer Service. The Inside Sales Representative will place outbound calls to new and/or existing customers, provide quotes and complete the sale.

Requirements:

• Education - High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in inside sales
• Prior experience in outside sales
• Preferred two years knowledge/experience in gas and/or welding industry
• Excellent customer relations skills
