We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable wearing a mask, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospective customers and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through conversation
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Provide the best customer experience possible
• Maintain a clean sales environment
• Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
• Research accounts and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Handle cash responsibly
• You may eventually be responsible for opening and closing the store
• Be knowledgeable of your stores current sales report status

Skills

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Proficient with android and iPhone software
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to take initiative in various tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
