Inside Sales Associate – No experience needed
Location: Henderson, NV (in-office position only)

The Role:

We are looking for a personable and collaborative professional with strong multitasking and relationship building skills to join our team. If you have enthusiasm to learn about new technology and enjoy meeting new people, we look forward to speaking with you! We don’t expect you to have prior direct sales or industry experience; we will provide you with the training and hone your existing skills to reach sales goals and make meaningful connections with our customers. You will be essential in our company’s ongoing mission of protecting life and property.

This role is for you if you:

• Enjoy learning new things and keeping up with advancing technology
• Possess communication skills to convey your ideas persuasively (e.g., the benefits of our services to potential customers)
• Enjoy serving repeat customers and engaging new customers – this could be in a retail, food-service, bartending, or other customer service environment
• Portray confidence and self-assuredness when approaching customer interactions
• Value collaboration in a team environment to meet customer expectations
• Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Are organized with a high attention to detail

Available Hours: Monday-Friday ONLY, No Weekends

• Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

• Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
• Booster shot is required 2 months after Johnson & Johnson or 5 months after second dose of Pfizer/Moderna

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
