The Opportunity:

You will be provided warm follow-up leads to help maintain the established relationship with our customers and help provide solutions to what their needs are. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with inside sales and direct customer relations.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the company culture and core values.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.
Contacting existing customers via email and phone to follow up on potential opportunities.
Ask and answer great questions to offer solutions for existing customers.
Shape company culture by living out agreed-upon core values, and purpose.
Assist the team to achieve company and department goals.
Participate in training to continue growth and development as a professional.
Qualifications:
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Strong verbal and written communications
Quick, sound decision-making abilities.
IT competent
Good presentation and public speaking skills are a plus.
Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
Excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Inside sales representatives should also be very competitive and a good listener.
Ability to build rapport and maintain customer satisfaction.
