Introduction:

Classic Granite & Marble is a quickly growing, locally owned, fabricator and installer of natural stones, Quartz, and porcelain. We handle all projects from beginning to end, which includes laser templating, CAD, fabrication, and installation. Our clients include both residential homeowners as well as building contractors. With our increased volume and growing installation teams, we are looking for a detailed, experienced, and organized person to add to our administrative team in Logistics & Installation.

Job Responsibilities:

• From the office, assist installation teams in real time with onsite issues
• Facilitate material loading each morning, and ensure all job materials are ready the day before the installation date
• Review shop tickets and notes, for each job, in advance to ensure accuracy and clear direction for the installation teams
• Track attendance of installation teams
• Openly communicate and cooperate with the fabrication team to ensure jobs are completed on time
• Track and document any return pieces/items that return to the warehouse from a jobsite with a full plan for each piece and job
• Assist in planning and executing training sessions for installation and service teams, as required

We are looking for an organized person with strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist our installation and service field teams. You will spend a good portion of each day on the phone with CGM installation crews and/or customers. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work Monday - Friday 6 AM - 4 PM with rotating Saturday mornings, typically from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM.

Primary Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license
• Strong conversational skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong computer skills (including mobile devices)
• Basic math required (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, square roots)
• Ability to display critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to properly use and read a measuring tape
• Fluent in English; verbal, written and reading
• Fluent in Spanish; verbal, written and reading - Strongly Preferred, but not Required
• Ability to work a rotating "on call" shift
• Stone Installation and service work, or other comparable experience is strongly preferred
