REMOTE Instructional Systems Designer needed for a Long –Term Contract opportunity with SOC’s client to work in Winter Park, FL

***Must have a Public Trust Clearance***

The position will be a W-2 employee of Federal Services and will not involve an independent contractor relationship with the company.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)
• Instructional Systems Designers perform duties associated with designing, planning, and developing technical training curricula to meet specific training needs.
• This position encompasses analyzing learning needs through validation and the sustainment of the curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional systems design or an equivalent degree field, at least 3 years of experience in instructional systems design.
• College curricula must include work in the areas of instructional systems design, learning theory, instructional methods, statistics, research methodology, tests and measurement, cognitive or educational psychology and educational evaluation.
• The candidates must have knowledge in course design and development, utilizing Instructional Systems Designs or other training system methodology.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of outcomes-based instruction, behavior modeling, experiential training design, storyboard development, course evaluation, and extensive experience in e-learning design and training development.
• Must have experience working with computer support, video technology, distance learning, and other state of the art technologies in course and media design.
• Public Trust Clearance
