Job description
We are looking to hire an additional full time tutor evaluator who can assist in the evaluation and documentation of our tutor applicants. We have a clear methodology for evaluating applicants who work with us as on our fast growing tutor platform. You will be training and working directly with the hiring manager to learn how we evaluate candidates and to assist in achieving our high volume recruitment goals. Once training is complete, you will be able to rate candidates independently in our database on your own schedule.
Pay: $15-$18/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Flexible - ideally 9am-5pm PST, weekend availability if desired
Hours: Flexible - 10-40/week. We will pay an hourly rate based on time worked
Location: entirely remote!

Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience, comfort, and familiarity with coding and achieving interrater reliability
- Experience with behavioral coding in research environments
- Undergraduate degree in psychology, behavioral science, behavioral health, human resource management or related degree/experience
- Background working as a tutor or RBT
- Experience with data collection/data entry
- Interest in human resources or education
- Interest in our company
- Good work ethic (friendly, hard-working, independent, reliable, and a team-player)
