What you will be doing:*
DTG’s* Insurance and Compliance Coordinator *is an excellent opportunity to be a master of risk management and compliance. The bullet points below summarize your daily responsibilities.

• Coordinates the Company’s P&C insurance programs and risk management practices
• Prepares annual insurance applications and gathers supporting documentation
• Maintains files of insurance policies
• Documents details of all incidents and claims
• Calculates insurance KPIs for distribution to management
• Obtains and distributes Certificates of Insurance (COI)
• Fosters a good working relationship with Insurance Brokers.
• Maintains the Company’s register of licenses and permits and ensures all documents included are renewed on a timely basis (typically annually). Work with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure the register is complete and up to date.
• Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
• Other projects, as requested

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of insurance practices.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to adhere to your work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the company’s safety standards; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals and help others achieve their goals.
• Be able to communicate often and professionally with co-workers and customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
