Job description

We have 2 openings for highly coachable, driven and motivated Salespeople. We are looking for P&C licensed candidates (we will work with you to obtain your IL & MO license(s)) If you are currently P & C Licensed in another state. Insurance Sales Rep Requirements (REQUIRED)

  • Coachable
  • General Lines Property & Casualty License Required and IL & MO will be obtained prior to start
  • Ability to easily talk to people and build a relationship from a cold start
  • Goal-oriented
  • Sales driven with demonstrated closing capacity
  • Willingness to learn
  • Great self-starter and multi-tasker
  • Able to maintain enthusiastic attitude

Insurance Sales Rep Responsibilities

  • Develop supplied leads, build relationships, generate new business
  • Develop insurance quotes and close sales
  • Provide extraordinary customer service experience to customers
  • Follow-up on queries
  • Solve problems

Insurance Sales Rep Benefits

  • Starting earn 60K + annually w/min. 8 Households (2 cars + 1 House)
