Well-established law office local to Orange County has an immediate opening for our Intake Coordinator/CSR position. Affectionately referred to as “welcome callers”, because that’s primarily what you will be doing, welcoming new clients to the company and conducting an initial interview by appointment. Based on this interview you will complete the fact finder and send to the attorney in preparation for their consultation. This position will teach you a great deal about estate planning. If you have that experience that is great, but if you don’t, that’s ok too. As long as you have a great attitude and a willingness to help people we will take care of the rest. Our clients tend to be nearing retirement age and occasionally need a little hand-holding. This position also involves some backup support on incoming customer service calls. We have a number of opportunities for advancement and we tend to promote from within.
Desired Experience & Characteristics:

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service-based position.
• Professional, responsible & friendly.
• Great communicator.
• Goal-driven.
• Flexible.
• Huge plus if you speak Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
