Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Contacts and meets with all referring agencies for placement of consumers with BSLS.
  • Available to consult with the home manager in the admission process, as needed.
  • Communicates with Home Manager and other staff regarding new residents and their needs.
  • Attends meetings related to referrals and resident placements.
  • Proactively manages the census at the home sites and communicates with both internal and external entities.
  • Coordinates with the Executive Director of Clinical Services on resident placements and compatibility of available treatment programs.
  • Provides supervision to staff performing access related functions, as needed.
  • Attends conferences, training sessions, seminars, and other professional skill development activities as approved.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Adheres to BSLS Core Values, Mission Statement, and Corporate Philosophies.
  • Act as liaison between BSLS and all referring agencies, corporations and individuals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a human services related field, preferably mental illness industry.
  • Licensed in a human service related discipline.
  • Approved by the state, federal, and local governmental entities to work within BSLS programs.
  • Capable of utilizing an electronic record system.
  • Must be approved by state, federal and local governmental entities to work within Beacon Specialized Living Service’s programs and field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
