Mindful Support Services is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. Since opening in 2011, we have added over 600 providers throughout our eight locations, and we are continuing to grow!

About the Role

The Intake & Scheduling Coordinator serves as the initial contact for new client intakes and referrals for all locations. They are trained to make educated decisions about placements as well as establish healthy relationships with clients by educating and setting expectations about insurance, authorizations, payments, and individual provider policies. Intake & Scheduling Coordinators perform an essential function in supporting providers to be matched appropriately with new clients who are seeking mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for new clients accessing care for the first time over the phone.
• Identify clients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage clients
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when entering client data
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
