Job description
Reddick Moss, PLLC is seeking a full-time Intake Specialist who is able to listen and obtain needed information from our clients on every phone call. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication skills, have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-office position at our main office in Little Rock, Arkansas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and respond to new potential client inquiries (via phone, e-mail, mail, fax, and in-person).
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Perform follow up calls with clients.
- Maintain client records on database software.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay focused while maintaining a high degree of accuracy with repetitive tasks.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate professional responses, strong listening skills, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus, but not required.
