JOB SUMMARY:
The Integrated Marketing & Social Media Manager is responsible for a combination of strategic, creative, and executional support for a variety of integrated marketing and activities. This position creates, implements, and oversees marketing communications plans and programs that are brand and community-building. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing and this role is integral to the Gaia Herbs consumer-facing brand voice and visual identity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead development of Social Media strategy, creating a measurable plan, building advocates within the Gaia Herbs social community, testing new platforms and tools.
- Lead creation of eye-catching, scroll-stopping content to engage with followers and facilitate brand and influencer partnerships
- Maintain integrated marketing and editorial calendars for events, social media and email marketing, advertising and promo opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Manage development and execution of marketing communications strategies and plans, including but not limited to social media, shopper marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, etc.
- Manage all aspects of activation and amplification of marketing programs including managing agency/client partners, liaising with creative and relevant teams on production and delivery, managing timelines, creating briefing materials, overseeing campaign launch, and collaborating with data teams on reporting.
- Manage coordination of all media and creative strategies to build brand loyalty, build and manage digital community, and maximize ROI of campaigns.
- Lead content creation for digital assets for social media, web design, and CRM solutions by partnering with Design team.
- Copywrite and edit social posts and variety of content as needed
- Work with internal Innovation, Product and Retail and E-tail Sales teams to plan, develop and execute relevant campaigns.
- Ensure communication of production and approval timelines to all internal and external teams.
- Create and distribute post-campaign recaps with quantitative results, in partnership with our internal insights team.
- Partner with Marketing Operations team to identify, suggest and implement process improvements that will further streamline internal operations to improve ability to meet deadlines and executional excellence.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related field
- 7 - 9 years with creative processes, brand work, public relations, digital media, content marketing, etc.
- 3 - 5 years of experience managing integrated marketing teams is a plus
- CPG Social Media Community Management experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven track record of delivering objective and actionable business recommendations, influencing decisions, and impacting results.
- Experience managing teams, both internal and external agency partners.
- Demonstrated adaptability in responding to change
- Adept at collaboration and working within a team environment
- Able to ensure grammatical quality and maintain strong copywriting skills, both informative and creative writing styles
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Track record of team leadership including, giving and receiving feedback, and supporting team development.
- Strong cross-functional approach with ability to deliver results in a highly cross functional environment.
- Clear communications across mediums and levels of the organization
- Ability to share a compelling story internally and externally.
- Able to prioritize tasks and remain productive with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects.
