Overview:

JHNA is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to provide services and products in support of the Human Dimension, the cognitive, physical, and social components of a Soldier, Department of Defense (DoD0 civilian, leader, and organizational development and performance.

JHNA is a Digital Engineering firm focused on providing engineering and technical services primarily to DoD's Aviation communities. Roles/Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and conduct analysis on Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) for Acquisition Category (ACAT) I, ACAT II, ACAT III or ACAT IV programs.
• Integrate all program activities, associated interdependencies, durations, and resource requirements to construct and maintain a program level IMS.
• Provide subject matter expertise and reporting in scheduling, critical path analysis, and program coordination. Support and mentor Government associates in the development and maintenance of program IMP and IMS and develop briefings on specific IMS and IMP processes.
• Provide "what-if" analysis using standard schedule analysis methodologies and potential courses of actions with forecasts and risks assessments due to program changes or external influence showing an impact to critical path. Perform analysis on IMS submissions to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Facilitate, attend, and participate in all meetings and working groups associated with these tasks and provide research and guidance for each working group area of responsibility.
• Provide presentation materials and meeting minutes within two business days after each meeting or working group.
  

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years military/DoD experience conducting technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development
• Must have an active Secret Clearance
