SUMMARY :

Maintains responsibility for Subaru of America's day-to-day media investment across TV, Digital, Print, Radio, and Social Media tactics. Collaborates with internal stakeholders as well as agency and media partners (e.g., ABC, CBS, NBCU, WarnerBros. Discovery, Hulu, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter etc.) to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of Subaru of America's integrated media strategy created to increase brand awareness and consumer demand.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partners with the Integrated Media Manager to develop and continually optimize our integrated media investments based on Subaru of America business priorities, budgets, and objectives.
  • Collaborates with agency partners and Integrated Media Manager in the development of media investment strategies with our agency partners to uncover the media habits of our target audience, define a custom media approach based on business objectives, and finalize and execute a media plan to address our business objectives.
  • Acts as primary, day-to-day contact for agency and media partners regarding Subaru of America's integrated media tactics (e.g., TV, Digital, Print, Radio, etc.). Builds relationships with key stakeholders and conducts regular stakeholder meetings. Ensures that contract deliverables are met, keeps partners accountable through collaboration, and optimizes mutual partnership benefits. Works effectively across disciplines and levels and is comfortable leading and working with others on team projects.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to make sure that Subaru of America's media strategy is integrated across our business (e.g., Love Promise, vehicle launches, sales events, etc.).
  • Ensures the execution of the strategy, planning, and execution of all paid media partner content (branded content, media sponsorships, integrations, etc.). Coordinates with all stakeholder teams to ensure that all activations stay on task, on time, and align with brand objectives.
  • Schedules digital media kick-off meetings to ensure that the assets needed to fulfill the media plan are discussed, developed, and are in place for all media launch dates.
  • Partners with internal and agency stakeholders to create campaign level measurement plans and analyze consumer awareness and demand metrics with an emphasis on driving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Develops and implements a yearlong messaging calendar and leads monthly meetings with SVP of Marketing and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment of national creative rotation across all markets.
  • Investigates new media partners in conjunction with the lead agency and stays current with emerging technology to sustain competitive edge.
  • Serves as a point of contact for any Subaru of America digital media questions from our regional and retailer partners.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Expertise and experience leading integrated media campaigns across TV, Digital, Print, Radio, and Social Media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of TV, Digital, Print, Radio, and Social Media metrics.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Analytical acumen and strong attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • A bility to work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

4 Year college degree or equivalent experience (6-8 Years)

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

10% to 20% Travel

SALARY RANGE: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $65,800 - $94,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
