Position Overview: This position will be responsible for performing various integration and analytical functions in order to assist in integrations of newly acquired companies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following, other duties may be assigned as required.

· Assist with integration tasks such as bank account set up, Dynamics GP company
set up, GL account set up, vendor import

· Ensure sales information, payroll entries and AP settlements of acquired
companies are captured properly in the GL

· Automate payroll entries

· Set up vendors in GP and train employees on payment processing as necessary

· Reconcile deposits and payments to and from target company

· Train staff on accounting functions and other procedures at target company

· Perform ad hoc tasks to help facilitate the integration of other departments
including safety, compliance, operations, IT, etc.

· Reconcile AR and AP on legacy and new systems

· Prepare chart of account translations

· Assist Director of M&A Integration and Controller with various issues/projects.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No supervisory responsibilities required for this position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 3-5 years corporate accounting and experience preferred

CPA a Plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Strong communication skills required. Ability to write correspondence and to effectively present information, in a one-on-one or small group situation, to employees, supervisors or managers of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Superior Excel skills, Dynamics GP Software experience

REASONING ABILITY: Have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions, and have the ability to effectively manage a variety of challenges and to interact with other departmental personnel to resolve these issues timely.

Ability to reconcile accounts with minimal supervision

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: CPA a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
