• Interfacing and engaging with engineering teams and peers to create solutions using existing technology • Strategizing, planning, and developing a holistic approach for large scale technology implementations • Technical planning and execution of technology deployments for ongoing projects • Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects • Develop and evolve strategies for various technologies to address changing needs • Analyze project data with Microsoft Excel and other internal tools • Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues including a strong understanding of the operating system • Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teams • Ability to create step by step instructions aimed at end users • Ability to communicate and write professionally by all methods (email, phone, text, etc.) • Ability to support users in a professional manner • Strong Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.) • Strong understanding of the Windows 10 environment • Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 issues both software and hardware related • Understanding of macOS operating system • Jira and Kanban board experience (Agile) • Basic understanding of the Active Directory and Group Management infrastructure • Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Must be organized, innovative and able to self-motivate • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with attention to detail • Strategic and creative mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
