Seeking a visible leader to become the new Interim Manager ICU

The Position

• The Interim Manager ICU will oversee a 12 bed Intensive Care Unit including direct reports.
• The Manager will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, directing staff recruitment, as well as maintaining visibility within the organization and departments.

Requirement

• Active RN license required.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
